1. Acess Identity Governance by going to . 2. Click the appropriate URL depending on whether the password is for the PRODUCTION, QA

(Quality Assurance), or DEV (Development) environment. 3. From the blue Albertsons sign on screen, on the "Having login issues? Or Need to reset

password?" section, click here.

4. Select either of the two options in Self Service Password Management.

? Option 1: Forgot Password? (Reset Password Using MFA Registered Device) a. Type the on the Email or Username field. b. Type the characters in the picture or the words in the audio. See the example

g. Click Finish. The message "Your password has been reset" will show once

successful . ? Option 2: Forgot Password? (Reset Password Using Challenge Q&A) a. Type the on the Username field, then click Forgot your password?. b. Type the to all three (3) security questions on the Answer Security Questions prompt.

c. Type a in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.

Notes: o While typing, a password requirement checklist will appear below the Password field. o Each item will turn green as soon as the requirement is met. o If the minimum of (4) requirements are not met, the Change button will not be active (clickable). o Refer to Section D for the password policy.
