Tuition is billed on a monthly basis, and all school closings are taken into account as an average and days of

attendance cannot be exchanged for days when school is closed. Please see tuition policies for more

information.

All programming will be closed for 1 week in December. 3-hour programming will be closed for an additional

week in December. The Low Ratio Classroom will be closed for those same two weeks in December as well as an

additional week in July.

Closures for 3-hour programming include all children with 3-hour schedules, even if they are embedded into

other classrooms.

For the Low Ratio Classroom, if your child switched to a noon pickup time in their other room, your child would

also be aligned to the 3-hour schedule. Therefore, morning programming would also be closed for both weeks in

December, and only the morning programming would be available during the week in July.

If your child is in ECE and part of another half day program (ADT or Family Place, NOT OT, speech etc.) then you

can still come for the morning portion only when 3-hour only programming is closed

One exception to the 3-hour closures is if your child receives respite services or private pay para professional

services. You may still attend the 3-hour programming over the week in December (not low ratio

programming). Please notify your child¡¯s teachers of any holiday travel or other absences from programming so

that plans can be made accordingly.

These closures help maintain better mental health and work-life balances for the teachers and staff. As we

greatly want to retain and maintain our amazing teachers, we see these closures as important times for staff.
