1. This evaluation is required for all students who are taking practicum courses (ECE492/493 for ECP; ECE 351/ 451 for BA; ECE580/589 for MAT; ECE575 for SubCert);

2. Student teacher, mentor teacher, and university supervisor all should complete this professional disposition evaluation by the END of field placement.
