You certainly don't need an MBA or any college degree. I never went to college. In fact, I was a "world class" terrible student most of my life!

As a kid all I wanted to do was be outside riding my bike or playing baseball. Most of the time, I was racing around the neighborhood on my bike, pretending to be training for the Olympics... dreaming about being a worldclass, champion racer.
