I grew up in Maywood and for many years, I lived within our school’s attendance boundaries. I graduated from Proviso East High School, and I still reside in our community. In the late 60’s, many people laid down their lives for us to have the right to a quality education. Every day, I work to continue their legacy.? All children deserve a high quality education.? When we, as adults, parents, staff and the community, work together, we can make a world class education a reality.?Our mission is to ensure the well-being of our students academically, emotionally, and socially. It is our responsibility to provide an environment that will prepare students to pursue college and career opportunities through meaningful learning experiences.I look forward to working with every student, parent, staff member, and the community to makecollege possible for our students. 00I am honored to serve as your new principal.
