RUNNING EVENTS: (No running events should start before all field events are completed.

Running schedule may be adjusted, if needed, by Games Committee)

COACHING All coaching or encouraging athletes during running events must be done from outside the track or from designated coaching areas. Restricted and Un-restricted areas will be set up for coaching and for athlete electronic viewing.

INFIELD Access to the infield will be restricted to officials and competitors during the running events! Athletes must enter at the clerk of course entrance at the start of the 100 straight away outside the fence. Coaches are not allowed on the infield, athletes competing in upcoming event will be allowed to enter prior to their race.

TENTS We will allow tents on the home side or on the warm up field or outside of the track near the back gate.

No tents on visitor stands or near any of the bleachers.

FACILITIES The track is a 8 lane all-weather track.

The runways have latex or mondo surfaces

The throwing pads are concrete

There will be no dressing area at the stadium. Restrooms are available on both the

Home and visitor side.

GATE FEE $5.00 for everyone. Coaches must enter through the GHSA pass gate. Athlete entry and re-entry at the main gate area

CONCESSIONS There will be a full concession area provided

MEET The Games Committee will help set meet

RULES All GHSA rules will apply including jewelry and

Uniforms and sportsmanship and will be strictly followed please look over the attached uniform information from the GHSA.

No sunglasses without doctor prescription available, headbands must be unadorned

T-SHIRTS GHSA SECTIONAL T-SHIRTS WILL BE ON SALE AT THE CONCESSION AREA

CLERK OF COURSE The clerking area will be located outside the fence under the tent. All athletes must report to this area for check-in by the second call.

IMPLEMENT At field house 10:00am

WEIGH IN

WARM UP AREA Warm up area for all running events will be on the practice field behind the field house.

HOSPITALITY Each coach will be given a meal ticket from Coach Sitton

BUS DROP OFF Team Buses should unload at the track then park in the parking lott located near the stadium. There is plenty of parking area at East Jackson.

Meeting for Coaches: Coaches this will be an opportunity for you to meet me and allow me to go over a few things about the meet. You are not required to come to either of the meetings.

Meeting for Coaches (Two Options) 9:30 OR 12:30 at Field House

9:30 prior to field events and the start of the meet in Field House

12:30 prior to start of running events.
