The volunteer attorney is not a substitute for hiring your own lawyer and does not have the ability to provide the same services as an attorney that you personally hire. This means that the volunteer attorney will not:Provide ongoing advice or assistance after the initial consultation of no more than two hours.Conduct an independent factual investigation of my claims.
