CRUSHED PINEAPPLE COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients

1/4 lb butter or 1/4 lb margarine

o

1 cup sugar

o

2 cups flour

o

2 teaspoons baking powder

o

1 egg

o

1 cup milk

o

15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained

o

1 cup flour

o

1 cup brown sugar

o

1/4 lb butter or 1/4 lb margarine

Topping

Directions

1. Cream sugar with butter.

2. Sift flour and baking powder.

3. Add to creamed mixture alternately with egg/milk mixture. (place egg in cup and add milk to

make 1 cup).

4. Spread in 9x13 pan.

5. Cover with well-drained pineapple.

6. Mix topping ingredients till crumbly and sprinkle over pineapple.

7. Bake at 350¡ã for 1 hour.
