Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 8 am

for classes running from September through December 2021

POLICIES & PROCEDURES Your Class Fee Includes: instruction, printed recipes, samples of the food prepared in class and a 15% discount coupon offering on purchases in our Chef's Center. Menus may be changed at the instructor's discretion. The amount of food available to eat varies from class to class. We ask that you do not bring alcoholic beverages to class. Classes may be canceled and rescheduled, if possible, due to inclement weather or illness of the instructor. You will be contacted by phone or email if any changes are made. In the event that Grebe's cancels a class, we will refund your fee or issue a store credit toward another class.

Payment is required at the time of registration. We cannot hold a place in class without payment. You may register in person or by phone with Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

Cancellation Information: You will receive a full refund only if you cancel one week prior to the class. No exceptions. If space is available, you may move to another class if you cannot make the class you were scheduled to attend.

Shop Before Class & Save!

We invite you to arrive early, grab a beverage, take a basket and shop before class begins. Your single time use 15% discount coupon

is valid before and during class and is also valid if you choose to shop at a later date. Included with your coupon will be a list of anticipated products that will be used during class.

Whether you decide to mix homemade pasta by hand or whiz it in your food processor, you will leave with the confidence to produce your own. With just a few ingredients you can create a rainbow of delicious fresh pastas and the sauces to finish them off in style.

"Fall is my favorite season in Wisconsin! Even though the fun of summer sun may be fading, the crisp weather welcomes the football season which always means some quality time at the smoker! In this class, we're going to learn how to smoke a turkey, pork butt, atomic buffalo turds, sweet potato, baked beans, and apple crisp. This time around we're cooking for a crowd and you're going to come away with the techniques and recipes to make gameday, turkey-day, or just next Saturday a tasty time with family and friends." ~ BEN HACKER

WISCONSIN SHORE LUNCH

Close your eyes and imagine you are sitting by a peaceful lake and someone is pan frying your freshly caught fish. Chef Ryan is going to recreate this iconic vision, sans the lake. The finishing touch will be a total reimagining of an Old Fashioned turned into an unforgettable dessert.

MAIN DISH CAST IRON COOKING

Whether you are using your cast iron every day or not at all, you will be sure to learn something new and cherish your pan(s) even more, as Kris guides you through everything from seasoning to maintaining and, of course, using your pans. These humble vessels have been around for centuries and have clearly stood the test of time and endurance.

JAPANESE MIDNIGHT DINER

Some people are so passionate about food, you just have to invite them to teach a class. Susan is a culinary enthusiast who loves to recreate foods from her travels. Shinya shokudo, which means, a restaurant at midnight, is the inspiration for this original class.

"A" IS FOR APPLE

Few things evoke fall more succinctly than a crisp, sweet freshly plucked apple. Chef Dana is bringing us the best apples as only she can. From sparkling beverage to luscious dessert, this class will highlight and enhance all you love about autumn's most tempting fruit.

We are also pleased to welcome Paul Hammond, from Hammond Family Orchard in Bonduel. He will talk about some of the unique apples his orchard produces and offer samples.

Cost of class includes a bag of apples from Hammond Family Orchard.
