Submitting HARP Loans and Refis Online

It's easy to submit HARP and streamline refinance loans online for MI or Contract Underwriting.

Here's how:

1. Visit our website at new.mi.

2. If you know the existing Genworth certificate number ? Visit Rate Express? (Fig 1) and select the Search

HARP Info tool icon (Fig 2) to find previous certificate information and pre-fill it into the HARP application

? Log In using the button in the upper right corner (Fig 3) ? From the New App (Fig 4) page, go to the HARP LOANS AND REFIS section (Fig 5) and select MI only or With Contract Underwriting.

3. Enter the required information

4. Upload documents and Submit. You will receive submission confirmation and be able to track your loan status.
