Welcome

Welcome, welcome, everyone,

Now you’re here. we’ll have some fun.

First we’ll clap out hands just so,

Then we’ll bend and touch our toes.

Welcome, welcome, everyone,

Now you’re here, we’ll have some fun.

My Hands Are Starting to Wiggle

(The Bear Went Over The Mountain)

Oh, my hands are starting to wiggle,

My hands are starting to wiggle,

My hands are starting to wiggle,

And.... So is the rest of me!

Finger Song...

Sung to 'ABC Song'

1,2,3,4,5 fingertips,

I can touch them to my lips.

I can cover up my eyes,

I can clap them on my thighs.

Now let's do the other hand,

Are you sure you understand?

Hippety, Hoppity

Hippety, hoppity, hippety, hoppity, (bounce like a bunny)

Hippety, hoppity, stop. (stop bouncing)

I’m so tired, I’m so tired. (yawn)

I think I’m going to flop. (fall down on the ground)

The Kissy Game

Kissy, kissy fingers,

Kissy, kissy toes,

Kissy, kissy baby

On your kissy, kissy nose.

I love to kiss your fingers,

I love to kiss your toes,

I love to kiss my baby

On his kissy, kissy nose.

Point to Your Eyes

Point to your eyes

Point to your nose

Point to your tummy

And point to your toes

Hello eyes

Hello nose

Hello tummy

Hello toes

Easy Peasy, Nice and Easy

Diaper changing rhyme

Easy peasy, nice and easy

(Clap baby’s hands)

Stretch your arms

(Gently spread baby’s arms wide)

And bend your kneesies

(Bend baby’s knees)

Goodbye

On my face, I have a nose,

And way down here I have ten toes.

I have two eyes that I can blink,

I have a head to help me think,

I have a chin and very near,

I have two ears so I can hear.

Here are my arms to hold up high,

And here is my hand to wave goodbye.

Scarves

One or two lightweight inexpensive scarves are good to keep on hand. Slowly wave them in front of your baby who will enjoy watching the color and movement and will feel the light breeze as the scarf goes by. Older babies love to reach for the scarves and feel the fabric.
