1. Go to 2. Retrieve the four digit "HP-A2 Exam Payment ID code"

The code will be available two weeks before the scheduled exam date at noon. 40 seats will be available. You will be able to purchase the exam any time prior to the exam date/time or until sold out.

3. Go to and "Create an account"

4. Fill out Account Information and "Submit" it will automatically generate your Username and Password. Then select "Continue."

5. Select "Evolve Catalog" (This page will also appear if you log into your account)

6. Select the purple HESI EXAMS button and then "Register for HESI" 7. Select "REGISTER"

8. Update your Account information and then select "Continue". 9. Select "SUBMIT"

10. After Confirmation, Return to "My Evolve" 11. Select "Student Access"

12. Select "Exam Payments" tab and Enter the four digit Payment ID from Step 2.

13. Select Fill out Information and Proceed to Checkout and complete payment information. Congratulations and see you for the exam in room H126, Health Science Building on 700 West Highland Avenue. Please bring you student ID for verification.
