If you have students not receiving emails from the AHA to claim their eCards, please let them know there's an alternative method for claiming.
Students can now claim eCards by going to cpr/mycards, and entering their First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Please note that the information must be the same as the information provided to their Instructor during training.
