Who are we? Gallin?e is an innovative beauty brand based in London. Launched in April 2016, we are the first skin care brand to take care of the good bacteria of the skin. We are developing products that contain a complex of probiotic, prebiotic and postbiotic to take care of the skin microbiome. For the moment, we are mainly working on France and United Kingdom but we are also developing internationally. You can find us in Pharmacies, Wholefoods and on , and others. Our young company is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone to join the team!

What's the job? We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of E-commerce who can head and develop our digital sales. We are looking for someone with vision, ambition and a lot of passion. Your role will mainly to develop our online strategy, drive the sales and install Gallin?e as a leading online brand. You will be managing one to two interns as well as external consultants.

Which requirements? You got a minimum of 4+ years' of strong e-commerce experience, including digital knowledges in; - Increasing web traffic and driving online sales and re-strategizing all digital channel management - Creating huge growth in customers, sales and satisfaction. - Leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns - Managing website analytics tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints - Be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance and digital brand marketing of the E-commerce platform - Deliver a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic and promotions to generate sales revenues and build brand awareness across different markets Various other knowledges needed: - You have perfect English. Working knowledge of French is a definite plus. - You are extremely organized and have the ability to prioritise, to work to tight deadlines. You enjoy multitasking. - You like to be part of a very small and driven team - You are creative and like to challenge the existing - You are passionate about the world of beauty and ideally have experience in this industry or smaller sized company- You are always alert on the topics that make the buzz

What else? Permanent, full time Available asap 40/50k salary depending on profile, plus bonus. East London
