POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION: Economics Adjunct Instructor
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Part-time position based on semester system. This is for employment beginning on August 20, 2018 and ending December 14, 2018. Adjunct faculty responsibilities are centered on preparing and teaching classes as assigned. Employment is with Chattahoochee Technical College and not with an individual campus. All employees are subject to work relocation based on college needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in economics coursework
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer literacy skills
• One year teaching experience
SALARY/BENEFITS:
• Salary, $2,000 per course (prorated based on portion of term).
• No benefits. Please be aware that all Chattahoochee Technical College employees must be paid by DIRECT DEPOSIT unless exempted by the State Accounting Office based on “hardship” evidence provided by the employee.
