About GNC Industries, Inc.: Since 1983, GNC Industries, Inc. has been developing and manufacturing industrial spray equipment for the Lawn Care, Golf, Pest Control, Parks & Recreation, and Tree Care Industries. GNC Industries, Inc. is far from an impersonal assembly-line. Our hands-on approach assures only quality products leave our facility. At each step of the way , there are craftsmen, proud of their work and determined to apply their skills towards a flawless, high quality piece of equipment. Manufacturing Facility: GNC's manufacturing facility is located on 5 acres with over 40,000 square feet of enclosed manufacturing area. Our manufacturing process includes robotic welding, water jet precision cuts, plus full assembly and testing completed 100% in house. This allows GNC to keep the highest quality control possible while minimizing lead times. To support our vast manufacturing capabilities, GNC keeps a large amount of inventory on hand which allows us to build a custom unit within just a few days, or do a production run of 100+ within 10 business days.

Shipping Lead Times: In 2015, GNC's average lead time from order entry to shipping was the fastest in the industry. Plus, GNC is centrally located in Arkansas, which enables us to ship anywhere within the United States in a timely and cost effective manner. Technical Support and Customer Service: In addition to 75 years of combined industry knowledge, GNC has a degreed engineer on staff to assist with technical questions. GNC`s expertly trained customer service staff is here to help with equipment selections, custom designs, maintenance questions and more.

100 gallon and under are approved for most trucks and some UTV's 200 gallon minimum requirement 1/2 Ton 300 gallon minimum requirement 3/4 Ton 400 + gallon minimum requirement 1 Ton

Pump Selection:

8-10 GPM Pumps, most common for Pest Control, Lawn Care and small Tree Spraying Piston P530 with 6.0 HP Manual Start Subaru Diaphragm Kappa 43 with 6.0 HP Manual Start Subaru

15-20 GPM Pumps, most common for large Tree Spraying, Lawn Care & Pest Control that requires heavy agitation or dual operators Piston P550 with 9 HP Electric Start Subaru Diaphragm Kappa 55 with 9 HP Electric Start Subaru

Electric or Manual Reel?

Keep in mind electric reels must have a battery source hooked up to them and *MUST* be grounded DIRECTLY to the same frame as the battery source

What size Hose?

3/8" & 1/2" are most common 5/8" & 3/4" are custom orders and used mainly in large tree application See hose package section for details
