Thank you for your interest in the Abundant Academy, and this semester’s course, ‘Reflect’.You will find further information about the dates and course outline below, and in the Abundant Academy webpages, and we hope you will enjoy exploring these for a fuller sense of the programme.The programme is designed to help you to give time to yourself for the necessary replenishment and deep reflection that make meaningful work and life possible. Each session will impart new tools and insights from a combination of wise practices from ancient traditions, and the best of contemporary leadership-coaching. The resources are tailored to move us from overwhelm or burnout, to effective, purposeful, fruitful work and lives, and within the context of the supportive community afforded by the programme.Donations and ScholarshipsThere is a donation for the Reflect course: ?60 for staff, ?30 for PGs/Mature students. UGs sessions are shorter, and free of charge.*We also run scholarships*, so if the donation request would prohibit you from attending the course, please indicate on the form below that you would like to apply for a scholarship.
