Approving EdAssist Tuition Assistance Program Applications for Team Members

We partner with EdAssist to administer our tuition assistance program. You will receive an email from EdAssist informing you that a team member has submitted a tuition application that requires your approval or denial. To take action on the application please follow the steps below:

1. Access the EdAssist tuition web site by clicking the website URL listed in the email or at hackensack

2. To log in to your EdAssist account, your user name will always be the letter "M" followed by your 7 digit team member ID number. First time login, your default password is the last 6 digits of your team member ID number.

3. You will be brought to the My Center Page; if you need to reference the policy, FAQ, or tutorials, please scroll down to the Using Your Benefits section.

4. Applications that require approval or denial will be under the Task List on your My Dashboard page.

5. Click on the application you wish to review. You will be able to see all the details the team member has entered on the application. At the bottom of the application, approve or deny buttons are available. Please remember if you deny an application, a comment is required and will be seen by the team member.

All applications entered by team members require leader approval and HR approval. If you have any questions, please contact the EdAssist Support Center at 855-222-6879 or submit a virtual Help Desk ticket under the Contact Us page on the web site.
