minutes for all Age GroupsTournament is governed by NCAA rules, with the following exceptions 10 second backcourt violation can occur (There is no shot clock) 5 second closely guarded, within 3 feet (Must occur in front court & not being dribbled) Mercy Rule – If a team is behind by more than 30 points in the second half, then the clock will run.The losing coach may choose to refuse this rule. At the time that the rule comes into play, the officials must ask the Coach whether he/she chooses to accept or refuse the rule.
