Meeting Notes:
1. Introductions & Roll Call
George Behr (Supplier Co-Chair) introduced the EDEWG leadership. Brandon Siegel, E:SO (EDI Change Control Manager) commenced roll call.
2. NAESB EDM/TEIS Update
Jim Buccigross (8760) provided an update from the NAESB TEIS / EDM group. New EDM standard defines the protocol and is specific to data labeling on Gas Interstate Pipeline. Discussed recent press release regarding 768bit PGP key being compromised. The PA market default is 1024 bit. NAESB does not believe the 1024 bit key is under any risk. EDEWG agreed.
3. Approve Meeting Minutes
January meeting minutes approved
4. EDEWG Charter
The draft EDEWG Charter document was distributed to the list server. Comments were received from PECO Energy and PPL Solutions. EDEWG was not prepared to review comments as they were not distributed to the list server for the entire membership to review. PECO & PPL Solutions will send their comments to the list server. EDEWG requests members to review the original document and both comments. Any additional comments should be sent to the list server. The charter will be reviewed during the March monthly meeting.

8. Regional EDI Implementation Guides
The updated version of the regional EDI Implementation Guidelines has been distributed to the list server. These will be posted to the PUC website. Any questions or concerns should be directed to Brandon Siegel (Brandon.siegel@eso-)
9. EDI Change Control #060 – Redline IG Admin Updates
CC60 contains multiple administrative changes pertinent to the current draft redline set of IGs. This change control will remain open for update until the March monthly meeting. PA will then close CC60 and incorporate into the next redline version of the IGs.
10. CHARGE Item #1, Rate Ready LDC Consolidated GRT
The CHARGE working group deferred clarification of Rate Ready GRT to EDEWG. The PA Rate Ready EDCs (AP, DLCO, and FE) each require the GRT to be included in EGS rates. Each EDC provides the estimated GRT on the consolidated bill to the customer.
11. CHARGE Item #2, DTM129 Contract Effective Date
The CHARGE working group deferred clarification of the DTM129 segment to EDEWG. EDEWG agreed additional clarification is necessary in the EDI IGs. Brandon Siegel will submit EDI change control prior to the March monthly meeting to clarify the use of the DTM129 segment. The EDCs were polled regarding their rejection of future contract effective dates sent in the 814.
Allegheny, DLCO, FE, PPL EU, and UGI will reject future contract dates. PECO currently does not reject future contract dates but will implement functionality to do so, date TBA.
12. PPL EU Rate Ready Status
No update provided as the PUC has yet to issue an order on EDEWG’s rate ready recommendation.
13. New Business
• Constellation requested clarification of the Bill Ready billing window. PPL EU stated they send usage data at approx midnight with their inbound pull at 1PM. This timeline provides the EGS 48+ hours to return the 810 invoice before the billing window closes. Other Bill Ready EDCs follow similar timelines.
• Allegheny Power announced they’re upgrading their CIS to SAP and their internal EDI processing for an estimated February 2011 implementation. EGS’ currently certified w/AP will require EDI re-certification. AP estimates the re-certification process to being 3Q 2010. Existing certified EGS’ will have priority over new EGS certifications which will be 1st come, 1st served after all existing suppliers have been re-certified.
