|Job Purpose: To support the delivery of the FA National Game Strategy in Leicestershire & Rutland through the administration of the Coach and Football Workforce Volunteers Education Programme |

|Significant experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook and PowerPoint |Experience of managing Website content, E-Newsletters and other |

|Driving Licence |Knowledge of the FA Learning Licensed Coaches Club |

|Key Responsibilities: |

|Provide full administration of the County FA Coach Education Programme. |

|Organise Educational Courses and Workshops as identified in the County FA Strategy to support the LRCFA Coach Education Programme and FA Licensed Coaches Club |

|Lead the FA Mentoring Programme co-ordination with clubs in Leicestershire. |

|Deal with telephone and email enquiries from Candidates, Clubs, Leagues, Schools, Tutors and Key Partners. |

|Liaise with Key Partners within the Coach Education Programme locally and nationally, including FA Staff, FA Learning & Further Education Colleges. |

|Establish and maintain databases for all aspects of the Coach Education Programme. |

|Support budget holders to monitor and manage budgets effectively. |

|Use modern and effective marketing and communication methods to raise awareness of the Coach Education Programme. |
