Thank you for your interest in the Qatar visit Friday 23rd of November returning Sunday 25th of November. For those that haven't visited Doha it's a spectacular place with lots to do for non-golfers who are most welcome to accompany us. On the Golf side we have two great courses ? Education City Golf Club & Doha Golf Club host to the Qatar Masters European Tour event. The plan is to stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha which is one of the most luxurious hotels in Doha with their private beach.

Flights The biggest costs here is the flights to QATAR. Due to their relationship within the GCC there are only a few countries you could look to transit through ? Kuwait and Oman. For a 2 ? hour direct flight its seems the QATAR Airways direct is our only option. Q Miles If you have Q miles (Qatar Airways Loyalty Program) We suggest using them to lower your flight prices.

AT this stage ALL FLIGHTS will be booked and paid individually directly with the Airline.

Qatar Airways accepts any sporting equipment as checked baggage as part of the passenger's free checked baggage allowance mentioned on the ticket 30KG. Any sporting equipment which exceeds the free allowance will be subject to excess baggage rates. (for more information please visit ). Its therefore suggested that for the two day trip we travel as light as possible and use hand luggage also for some personal clothing items.

Holders of Azerbaijani passports do not require visa to enter Qatar for the period of 30 days for more information

Hotel The hotel has offered us upgraded rooms as standard, however if you wish for suite options we can enquire on your behalf.

Golf Courses Not opening till January so an exclusive first look at what will be one of the best in the Middle East Host to the Qatar Masters European Tour

Transfers Should the group arrive on the flights suggested we will arrange airport pick for the group to the hotel. If you are arriving into Doha at different times a taxi will be more affordable than the mini bus hire for the group. Daily transfers will take us as a group to the Golf Courses and back to the hotel. On the Sunday we will leave from the Golf Club to the airport directly.

Additional Costs Food and Beverage will be additional, however this should be minimal. Breakfast is included in the hotel for Saturday and Sunday.
