1. The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from the World Bank toward the cost of AHEAD Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for SLIATE/MIS/D/ICT-Dev-AHEAD/06

2. The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee on behalf of the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Implementation of CCTV Surveillance Systems to SLIATE & ATIs.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Coordinator-AHEAD Project, Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education. "Janawathu Piyasa", No. 320, T.B. Jaya Mawatha, Colombo 10, Tel. 011 2 691 307 ext 128 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given above from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm. Until 15th August 2019.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below, Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education. "Janawathu Piyasa", No. 320, T.B. Jaya Mawatha, Colombo 10 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Rs. 2,000.00. The method of payment will be in cash.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below Chairmen, Procurement Committee, Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education. "Janawathu Piyasa", No. 320, T.B. Jaya Mawatha, Colombo 10 on or before 16th August 2019 at 14.00hrs. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person or on-line at the address below Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education. "Janawathu Piyasa", No. 320, T.B. Jaya Mawatha, Colombo 10 at 16th August 2019 at 14.00hrs.

8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned above from a reputed commercial bank in Sri Lanka valid till 11th November 2019.
