? Enrollment Demographics are based on the Statewide Student Profile data submission. ? Enrollment Demographics include enrollment that occurs throughout the fall semester. ? Enrollment Demographics are unduplicated within each institution. ? Awards reported are based on data submitted by the campuses to the Board of Regents' Completers Data System.
? Completers are calculated based on the count of unique individuals at each award level within each institution.
? Programs with the highest number of completions uses the Board of Regent's Completer Data System and reflects programs with the highest 3-year average number of completers.
? Time-to-Degree reflects the average number of years it took to get the award
? Faculty Employment is based on the data submitted by the campuses to the Board of Regents' Employee Salary Data System. ? Full-time Equivalent Employment is calculated based on the total percent effort reported by the campuses. ? Fall to spring retention calculates the percentage of first-time, full-time, degree-seeking students retained from the fall semester to the spring semester. ? 1st to 2nd year retention calculates the percentage of first-time, full-time, degree-seeking students retained from the cohort fall to following fall. ? 1st to 3rd year retention calculates the percentage of first-time, full-time, degree-seeking students retained from the cohort fall to the third fall. (Example: Students entering Year 2009 retained to Fall 2011)
