BIO

Ginny Clark joined Constellation Brands in January 1998 and has held various titles in the company. Today she serves as senior vice president, public affairs, and in this role she has oversight of the company's United States government relations. She also oversees the company's philanthropy and global community affairs, which have included a number of significant initiatives that have had a positive economic impact in communities across the globe, where employees live and work.

In 2008, she oversaw the construction and design of the company's new global headquarters, which opened in February 2009. In 2010, she was appointed president and executive director of CMAC and oversees the operations and promotions of the facility. Prior to joining Constellation, Clark worked in the travel industry for 20 years, and in 1998 developed and implemented Constellation's global corporate travel department.

In September 2000, she was named director of corporate communications and in September 2001 was appointed vice president, corporate communications. In these roles she has overseen the creation of corporate messages, developed and implemented a targeted media strategy, and established a corporate newsletter and a Web-based approach for internal/external communications. In 2003, she was appointed vice president, external affairs where she was responsible for enhancing Constellation's impact with political and decision-making audiences both in the U.S. and abroad through a range of activities, including the Political Action Committee and other communications efforts initiated by external affairs. In 2005, Clark was appointed vice president, Community Affairs where she built the company's infrastructure for corporate and employee giving.

In 2004, Clark became closely involved in two major community outreach projects: the New York Wine and Culinary Center and the Constellation Brands ? Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center (CMAC). She was been the driving force in facilitating and coordinating the projects from the bottom up. Both projects opened in time for the summer 2006 season, on time and on budget. Her efforts are designed to support the achievement of company goals. As such, programs and initiatives are focused to instill employee pride, build public trust, foster education, the Arts and, health while responding to community needs and enhancing company image. She was appointed President and Executive Director of CMAC in 2010 and President of the New York Wine and Culinary Center in 2012.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP

In 2010, after a devastating earthquake hit Haiti, Clark worked with Rob Sands, President and CEO to donate the company's jets and develop a plan with InterVol, a humanitarian organization to travel to Haiti, 10 days post the earthquake, with local doctors, nurses, medical supplies and food. Clark serves on several local not-for-profit boards: The International Advisory board for R.I.T., InterVol, Education Success Network Foundation, Italian Heritage Foundation, Visit Rochester and The Greater Rochester Enterprise Organizations; she also serves on the development committee for Mercy Flight Central and on boards of various business and trade organizations.
