(EDT 620) Evaluating and Applying Instructional Media

Catalog Description: This course focuses on the evaluation, selection, and use of educational software and online instructional resources in classroom teaching and learning. Exposure to a variety of educational software applications, as well as resources on the Internet, with a focus on the processes and products of design, evaluation, and implementation of technology-based learning environments.

II. PLANNING AND DESIGNING LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS AND EXPERIENCES

Teachers plan and design effective learning environments and experiences supported by technology. Teachers:
