I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I have always been fascinated by the supernatural and the life beyond death sort of things, so this book was perfect. The true stories that are told are very eerie and not your average paranormal tales. The author does a great job in describing and including so much detail that it will literally send chills down your spine.

I really liked and enjoyed reading this Macabre stories because I love to read paranormal and mystery stories. "Mysteries of the Macabre" is such a fascinating collection of true stories of mysterious, frightening, corpse and more paranormal tales. I got so much different test of true stories in one book. This book is very well-written by Stephen Y and stories are wonderfully depicted which kept me reading all the stories. Recommended and I must admit that this book is definitely worth reading.

This is a really interesting collection of stories of many disturbing tales about death, corpse brides with various paranormal themes. It was really eerie and well written and I just couldn?TMt get enough of this theme. Definitely worth reading and I was really impressed with the sheer number of different stories. Really fun to read and I must say that Necromancer and The Mask are among my favorites. I would recommend this one highly.

the stories found within this collection were definitely thought-provoking and equally intriguing. The stories themselves were awesomely dark and disturbing, just what i was hoping for.Overall, the writing is excellent and easy to follow. I found myself diving deep into the stories within the collection. I'm really happy I found this and will be following this author closely from here on out.10/10 - highly recommended!

I just love mysterious, spooky takes and urban legends. This terrific new collection of morbid tales

from author Stephen Young definitely doesn?TMt disappoint. Some of the stories are familiar?"like the creepy hitchhiker stories and the more recent scary video recordings. But along with the stories are some fact regarding origins of such tales. For example, the section titled ?oeCreepy Rest-Stop Stories? tells of an unfortunate widower who was discovered shot at 16 miles away from where is car was found at a Montana rest area. While the case went unsolved, several months later, a cryptic message was found scrawled on the men?TMs room mirror at the same rest stop. Reading these reminded me of the great old TV show ?oeUnsolved Mysteries,? but with a more gruesome twist. Some of them actually gave me goosebumps. Well-written and succinct, the sections are short and to-the-point, making for a good spooky read before bed. Highly recommend for fans of the macabre.
