Arthroscopic Anterior Stabilization Rehab

Active Elbow/Wrist/Hand (E/W/H), gripping, and ROM exercises. No active elbow flexion or resisted supination if biceps tenodesis or SLAP repair. Scapular depression and retraction (seated) Neck/upper quarter stretching. Cryotherapy for pain and inflammation (ice 20-30 minutes every 2 hours) Reinforce sleeping in sling or brace.
