Delivery

Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, email at sales@blades-bio.co.uk or via the website: blades-bio.co.uk

Orders must have a clearly marked Address, Name and contact number and /or email address and relevant purchase order number.

Purchase order numbers are used for your own finance department and have no relevance to us, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any duplicated orders if after phoning through an order, a follow-up official order is not clearly marked as a confirmation.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible unless a specific date is requested. Please notify us of school holiday and closures. We cannot replace items if these terms are not adhered to.

Delivery times: Carrier 8am-6pm, AM carrier 8am-12pm, Special Delivery 8am-1pm,

1st class post 1-3 days. 1st class post is not a guaranteed next day delivery. If you require next day delivery then either carrier or special delivery would be the best method of sending.

Orders are sent by the most appropriate and economical method depending on the goods, therefore post and packing is not shown in this catalogue. However we are happy to quote carriage costs on any specific order.

We cannot send living or perishable items over a weekend to arrive on a Monday.

An invoice will be sent with the goods unless you have specified a separate address. Please note that all prices do not include post and packing or VAT charged at the current rate. Horse blood has a limited shelf life and must be stored in a fridge. Please allow 1 weeks notice, and advise date to be used.
