Job Description:

1. Perform testing pre-commissioning and commissioning of Oil type power transformer 132/33kV AREVA transformer, 33/11kV Siemens transformer, 33/66kV-6.6/415kV ABB transformer and 415/230 volt dry type transformer, such as ratio test, current excitation, winding resistance, polarization index (PI), insulation resistance, ducter test and torquing of bushing, busbar, earth boss, earth braid, grid and earth resistance test using (TTR) three phase transformer turn ratio, transformer ohmmeter and 5kV megger, DMS 200.

2. Perform and knowledge the procedure for getting oil sampling test and oil test (RFI) for transformer 132/33kV, 33/11kV, 33/6.6kV of oil dielectric strength test as per IEC standard and prior for energization using automatic oil test set.

3. Perform testing and commissioning and troubleshoot of (CT’s) current transformer for ammeter, metering, protection and differential protection relay such as primary and secondary current injection, ratio test, burden test and polarity test. Using AVO CTER-91, CSU 600/AT Program, CT burden ammeter, CT Analyzer Omicron.

4. Pre-commissioning & commissioning test of 11kV, 6.6kV motors, pedestal bearing such as insulation resistance and winding resistance, phase rotation, torquing and loop impedance.Perform Commissioning Motor solo run in test for 6.6kV motors and 690, 415V motors, taking starting and running current, vibration and temperature, using infrared, vibration detector and monitor in the relay 469 and 750 management relay, REF 542 relay.

5. Perform testing and commissioning of lightings, illumination test and trouble shoot of Normal & Emergency plant lighting, street lighting and flood light, welding socket outlet and small power outlet, using LUX meter, multi-meter and trip test of ELCB breaker using RCDT 320.

6. Perform testing of earth pit rod and Grid Earth Resistance test using AVO megger earth tester and torquing, ducter test for earth busbar, earth braid and earth boss. Perform testing of loop check and IR test for Primary & Secondary instrument cables, PA/GA, telecom in (ITR) Instrument Technical Room, (FAR) Field Auxiliary Room, and SCCB.

7. Work in Electrical Start-up and Commissioning of Electrical System such as medium and Low voltage switchgear and their associated equipment.

8. Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation or for defects, such as loose connections or frayed wires.
