Transcript Request Information

ALL TRANSCRIPTS (official, personal, and for scholarships) require a Transcript Request Form which must be submitted with the appropriate payment to the Registrars' Office. Payment is due at the time of the request to the Registrar. The processing fee for sending your transcripts are: $2 each for official and $1 each for unofficial. Additional Transcript Request Forms are available in the Counselor's Office & on the Registrar's Web Page.

PLEASE ALLOW 10 School DAYS for the registrar to process and send transcript requests.

Electronic Transcript Submission: Transcripts are sent electronically through Texas Records Exchange (TREx) to most Texas public colleges/universities. Transcripts will be sent electronically within 10 school days.

Via USPS: If your transcript needs to be sent to a private institution, a college/university OUTSIDE OF TEXAS, or you have items in addition to your transcript that must also be sent, you must provide an appropriate sized envelope addressed to the college/university/scholarship, with the appropriate amount of postage already placed on the envelope. DO NOT INCLUDE A RETURN ADDRESS (We add this for you. It must have our return address stamped on it to be official). Transcripts will be processed and mailed within 10 school days. We cannot accept requests for overnight services (FedEX, UPS or Express Mail) The Universities may take several weeks to process a transcript arriving by USPS, so please plan ahead.

NCAA Transcript Requests: Apply on-line with NCAA; print the signature page from the NCAA website & attach to this completed request form along with the $2 transcript fee. Transcripts will be sent electronically within 10 school days.

Counselors Requests & Scholarships: PLEASE ALLOW 21 DAYS for Counselor Recommendations. Comm App., SendEdu & Counselor Recommendations are submitted directly to the Counseling Office. *If you have a letter of recommendation, scholarship application or any other paperwork that needs to be sent along with your transcript, please provide an addressed envelope, with the completed packet, and the appropriate postage. (See "Via USPS" paragraph above). We will send the packet from the campus. We do not email transcripts.
