Thank you to everyone who came to our Meet-n-Greet and to each grade’s back to school parent meeting. We are kicking off the theme for our school year, “In a world where you can be anything, BE KIND,” with a service project for our community. You can support “Sterchi Gives Back” by donating pet supplies to Rescues for JoJo. Items being collected include treats, blankets, bowls, food, old towels, and leashes (no collars needed). Checks can be made to Rescues for JoJo. We will collect donations at Sterchi from August 27TH to September 7th.As we head into a new school year, we continue to work toward the Knox County Schools district goals of increasing student achievement, creating a positive culture, and eliminating disparities in education. Our goal at Sterchi Elementary is to provide the best educational experiences and opportunities for each and every one of our students. Thank you for partnering with our teachers and staff to support and encourage our students and our classrooms.
