PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The proposed Flagship Carwash will be located on the north side of Baltimore National Pike (U.S. Route 40), east of Greenway Drive in Ellicott City. The site's existing conditions consist of a vacant bank building with attached two lane drive thru canopy and associated parking to be razed. The proposed quick-serve carwash development includes a 3,750 SF drive-thru, automated carwash building with associated vacuum spaces for customer use, stormwater management facility, and proposed landscape improvements.
