Enrollment Marketing and Admissions Operations CoordinatorThe Admissions Office invites applicants for the newly created position of Enrollment Marketing and Admissions Operations Coordinator. The Enrollment Marketing and Admissions Operations Coordinator will carry out a full range of duties related to prospective student recruitment marketing including email communication, social media, collateral material development, and event management as well as manage student data and reporting in Jenzabar One and Jenzabar Recruitment Manager (JRM) software programs.The Enrollment Marketing and Admissions Operations Coordinator will join an energetic team in the Admissions Office and will promote, coordinate, and ensure consistent and targeted messaging to prospective students, applicants, and their support networks, as defined by college-wide enrollment goals. The Enrollment Marketing and Admissions Operations Coordinator will play a key role in informing all new marketing strategies. The ability to work as part of a team and the confidence to work independently is expected. A dynamic individual with a strong work ethic and an agile approach are essential.Responsibilities include:Manage marketing communication plans for the Office of Admissions and develop content designed to engage students (prospective, accepted, and deposited) in line with the strategic vision of Brevard CollegeWrite and implement or update existing mass email communications through the College’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.Create and manage a strategic social media plan for the Office of Admissions and other enrollment facing social media channels.Serve as a copywriter for publications, website content, social media content, advertising, and email communications focused on recruitment.Conduct research and evaluate opportunities to increase awareness and create brand recognition through communication among key constituents.Take photos and create videos that align with the College’s brand guidelines for social media and other promotional use.Update college profile content that appears on third-party websites.Project management and other duties related to assisting the leadership of the offices, as the coordinator will play a key role in keeping the Office of Admission and Office of Strategic Marketing and Media Relations organized and aware of trends and potential opportunities.Assistant the Admissions Staff with reporting and data analysis needs.Serve as a support staff for the management of the Admissions Office’s CRM.Other duties as assigned.*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree is required.One to three years of experience in marketing, communication, college recruitment, or a similar field.Ability to work collaboratively with varied constituencies.Excellent professional writing skills and knowledge of AP writing style.
