With that information, the Council will make recommendations to DMS Secretary Satter on the ways the State can assist. The committee discussed the importance of addressing the immediate small business needs related to COVID-19 response and recovery as well as a long-term approach to assist small businesses for what’s to come as the business markets adjust. The committee will work to educate the public on what the Council does and form a survey for the organizations to complete and report on the top small business issues.OSD will send out a request to Council members to submit proposed questions for the survey by May 29.
