What are Peer-Reviewed, Primary and Empirical Articles?

Non-refereed, primary & non-empirical. Covey talks about his own ideas so it’s primary. Note: peer-reviewed-ness, primary-ness and empirical-ness are independent. That means that an article could be peer-reviewed, but not primary or empirical (that’s a review article)! ................
