THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO YOUR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS CONSULTANT PRIOR TO YOUR ISSUING NOTICE OF INTENT TO SEPARATE, OR NOTICE OF INTENT TO REDUCE MSP APPOINTMENT PERCENTAGE.
1. PROVIDE THE REASONS FOR THE LAYOFF.
2. PROVIDE THE CURRENT ORGANIZATIONAL CHART IDENTIFYING THE POSITION BEING ELIMINATED. IF AVAILABLE, PROVIDE A CHART THAT REFLECTS THE ORGANIZATION POST-LAYOFF.
3. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE WORK OF THE POSITION BEING ELIMINATED? IF IT IS BEING REDISTRIBUTED TO OTHER POSITIONS, PROVIDE COPIES OF CURRENT AND PROPOSED JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR THOSE EMPLOYEES WHOSE WORK WILL BE IMPACTED.
