EVALUATE AN EMPLOYEE FOR ANNUAL SUMMARY

? The Annual Summary (for senior staff only) highlights 360? feedback ? The employee has two weeks to complete their Self Evaluation. After the two weeks, the Self Evaluation is locked and sent to the career manager automatically ? even

if it is incomplete. ? The career manager can send it back to the employee upon the employee's request ? You will receive an email notification in your Outlook inbox and a Workday Inbox action to complete a Manager Evaluation for your employee's Annual Summary ? Goals that meet at least one of the following three criteria: (1) created in the past 12 months (2) due date within period of performance or (3) completed during the

period of performance will prepopulate into the Annual Summary as well as the goal analytic pop-up window ? If you do not complete the Manager Evaluation by the Due Date, notifications will trigger to yourself and your Manager as a reminder.
