Effective communication systems allow organization to successfully transmit message to employees. It is important for employees to understand the organizational mission and vision so that they can work towards the ultimate goals. Leadership

The positive relationship between leaders and employees creates a favorable work environment. Trust and confidence in leadership is associated with employee satisfaction (Perry & Mankin, 2004). Employees’ lack of enthusiasm in organizational initiatives, morale problems, and resistance to new organizational initiatives are signs of distrust in their leaders (Branham, 2005). Management practices, work unit climate, and performance reports at [CLIENT] have been changing in the past years as a result of merger and acquisition. Career growth within an organization motivates employee to perform. The time and effort invested on employees demonstrate that the company cares about employees’ future. Related factors are promotion satisfaction, perceived promotion opportunities, and actual promotion (Carson, Carson, Griffeth, & Steel, 1994). As employees get training opportunities within an organization, they are less likely to withdraw from the organization and their organizational commitment increases (Allen, Shore, & Griffeth, 2003).
