ALPA hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0900-1130, 1230-1530.Drive to the Mini-Car Center to pick up a Japanese Title and License Plate (?750). The Mini-Car Center is an off-base Japanese facility located outside Camp Kinser. JSVRO has a map for directions; the M/C is not required for this part.Attach license plate to motorcycle and drive the M/C to JSVRO. Proceed to Window 6, pay $8.50 and you will be directed to lane 5 where the safety inspection is done.Once you pass the safety inspection, go back inside JSVRO and proceed to SOFA Update Counter where you will receive your Military Base Registration (DD430).Finally, drive M/C to Lane 2 behind JSVRO to receive a road tax decal.**You are not required to pay road tax for the initial Japanese fiscal year. In the following month of April, which is the start of the Japanese fiscal year, you are required to make the annual road tax payment. * ................
