This would be a non-personal services contract for Activation Services which could include hospital activation services supporting the transitioning, provisioning/installing furniture/furnishings, provisioning/installing medical and non-medical equipment, providing initial transition and equipment training (operational and maintenance), and moving reused equipment and materiel.This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, estimates, or quotations. Per FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not considered offers, shall not be used as a proposal, and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. At this time no solicitation exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation.The purpose of this sources sought (SS) notice is to obtain information regarding: the availability of vendors interested in proposing their capabilities for activation services. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System will offer interested vendors to present their capabilities with a limited time not to exceed 2 hours in length at then location listed below.Objective:The Project Legacy Office of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System is hosting a Vendor Fair and would like to invite any firms with experience in facility activation support, including but not limited to:1. Comprehensive Equipment Planning to support the planning, specification, procurement, tracking, shipping, warehousing, installation, inspection of medical, nonmedical and other equipment and support systems necessary to meet activation of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System’s replacement medical center;2. Transition Planning and Relocation Services for the opening of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System’s replacement medical center to ensure an efficient transition of functions to the new facility; and3. Comprehensive Project Management Services as it relates to the activation of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System’s replacement medical center ensuring effective, efficient and timely completion of contracted services.
