If you are absent due to illness or another legal reason, you are still responsible for the work that has been covered in class.This means that you must see me to arrange for make-up quizzes, obtain any materials that were given out during your absence, and complete missed assignments in a timely manner.Homework PolicyEvery homework assignment will checked. Missing homeworks will result in a loss of points from your homework gradeLate homeworks will be accepted, but with a loss in credit each day, up to 3 days.Test and Quiz PolicyTests and quizzes will always be announced to offer ample time to studyIf you miss a test or quiz you need to see me to arrange a make-up. If you fail to make up a test or quiz, a zero will be averaged into test/quiz gradeInfinite Campus GradebookThe parent portal will allow you to check in on your grades throughout the yearFeel free to ask questions about your grades as you check inEnglish Class SuppliesBinder/paper4 dividersPens, pencilsHighlighters*You must have your materials in class every day or you will lose preparedness points!**Don’t forget your Summer Reading Assignment!
