Our goal at All Starz Bounce is to reach out to young kids and families to provide them a fun, safe and enjoyable party experience. We own all of our bounce houses and do not have any debt to contractors or owe any money on loans for the bounce houses. We provide an on demand service and can deliver a bounce house to a party or event in a very short notice. We are a local company and are in a perfect area where there are many families with young kids to help increase the business and the profits that we can earn. Our plan is to grow our company throughout the region. We want to become the number one party supplier in Southern California. We have plans to buy a building that we can inflate our bouncers year round. If the weather is bad the party can be moved to our indoor warehouse where all our bounce houses are offered with a party room, tables, chairs and games. The economy may be struggling but our bounce houses are offered at a low and affordable rate so that our customers will be able to experience a fun and easy party at a low expense. We believe everyone should have a memorable party and want to provide that for years to come. Our vision is to serve the greater Los Angeles area. This business should exist because there are not that many party businesses in the area that include what we have to offer. This is a great way for people to have fun and enjoy a great party. Our business will provide return customers year after year including the people they recommend us to or people that are at their party that want a bounce house for their upcoming party. This business is also a major contribution to society because we are a safe and fun business. We help keep kids safe and make sure they have a great time with the party or even. We have plans on becoming the number one party supplier in the area. We have plans to expand to other types of party supplies such as cotton candy machines, carnival style games, clowns, magicians, and many other types of party supplies and events. We also want to ensure maximum profit and provide a fun and enjoyable work environment for our employees and customersWe believe that every kid is an ALL STAR at All Starz bounce. This is why we came up with the name of the company so it is catchy and a fun and friendly name. All Starz Bounce is a party supply company. We specialize in providing inflatable bounces houses for kids at parties, events, and celebrations. We personally deliver our Bouncers to the desired location and set up and take down the bounce houses. We also have a variety of other party supplies such as cotton candy machines, hot dog stands, pop corn machines, Clowns, Magicians, and carnival games for your entertainment. We are basically a party service company. Anything you need to throw a great party we have. We can make a boring party come to life and be a memorable party. Our business is located near Los Angeles and Anaheim California. We chose this location because there is a large population in this area which will allow for more rentals and the weather is always nice in California so we can supply our rentals year round (U.S. Census Bureau.) We are an LLC company. We chose this because kids will be kids and some may get hurt on the bounce houses. This will limit us as partners from the liability from them getting hurt and will put it on the business. Our warehouse that we use to store all of our equipment is currently a 5,011 sq ft building with a 30 ft ceiling, located at 2157 166th ST Cerritos California 90703. This warehouse allows us the access to a lot of storage room for our equipment and to set the inflatable bounce houses up inside to clean them and even have a party inside the warehouse. We currently own 4 inflatable bounce houses that we can rent out. They are all different themed so you will have 4 different choices. We have 4 generators for off site locations. We have 3 delivery trucks that each one of us partners own so that way we can personally deliver the bounce houses to the location. We have 1 popcorn and 1 cotton candy machine for the snacks at the party. We also have 1 hot dog machine so you don’t have to worry about busting out the grill and you get a real carnival style hotdog. We also have 1 clown and 1 magician that are on call to do a performance at a party. We deliver all of our equipment to the location so you never have to worry about getting the equipment for the party. We strive for excellence and satisfaction from our customers. We want the kids and parents to have the best time they possibly can with one of our bouncers or several other items we offer. We also deliver on time and are very friendly. We plan to make our target market are parents from ages 25-45. the reason we wanted our target market at this age group is because kids aren’t the one’s looking for bounce houses it’s the parents and its usually the moms that go about setting up and reserving the bouncers. We figured this is the usual age for parents who would have kids young enough to want a bounce house for their party. Or other items from our warehouse. Advertisement is a major way for us to get business so we plan to advertise in Family fun magazine, Parenting magazine and Oprah magazine because these are the magazines that most mothers read and would get some good idea from these magazines. We figure we would have a local flyer that goes into the magazines only in our area or service. We also plan advertise at Curves for women, day care centers, and at Party City. The reason for this is because a lot of women go to day cares to get their kids or parents and they would see our flyers and ads so this way we would get a lot more business and make more money. We also have an ad in Yellow book which many people go to for directories so we hope this will be our number one advertisement plan. We also advertise in the Yellow Book online website. We also will have fliers and business cards in different party stores and other stores where we advertise. This way when parents are buying the party accessories such as plates and hats and balloons they can see our ads for bouncers and maybe decide to rent one to make the party better. Our management plan is to have all three of us partners running the business so that way we don’t have to hire anyone else. This will cut back on the expenses of the business. Robert will be in charge of the Inventory and a warehouse manager. He will be making sure that all the equipment works properly, there are no holes or cuts in the bounce houses, they are cleaned out and sanitary and that there are no electrical problems with the blowers that inflate them. He’ll also make sure the warehouse is in order and not messy so that way we can move around easily and efficiently. Alex is in charge of marketing and advertisement. He will be talking with other companies that we want to advertise with and maybe make a deal with them to share advertisement. He’ll also find out where the best spots are to locate and who all are renting bounce houses. He’ll also make sure our ad in the phone book looks good and is getting us a lot of business. James is our Financial and public relations manager. He is in charge of keeping track of our expenses and if we are on track to make a profit for the year. He also is the one who takes all the calls for rentals from our customers and post the rental details for us to see. He also handles all the invoices and has to file all the invoices and enter them into our database. We all are working for the company and go out and set up bounce houses. Whenever one of us is available we will go out and set it up since we are all on salary based payment. We will be the main people in charge. Our warehouse is 5,011 sq ft at $2,500 dollars a month or $30,000 a year. Bounce houses are a onetime price of $1,200 a bounce house. We have 4 bounce houses 4 generators at $300 a piece1 popcorn machine at $739 dollars a onetime price ()1 hot dog cart at $2,699 dollars a onetime price (1 cotton candy machine at $653 dollars a onetime price ()Insurance per year is $1,500 (Robert’s dad) Insurance for vehicles is $5,000 a year for 3 trucks Advertisement is $300 a month Phones are $99 a month for 5 phones Verizon family plan (Verizon)Gas and maintenance per truck $300 a monthInternet $200 dollars a yearBusiness license $500 dollars a yearThe clown and magician wages are $75 an hour for 10 hours weeks combined in summer and 5 hour weeks rest of the year $23,250 annually paid combined The three partners combined salary is 150,000 a year in total wages. $50,000 a year annually a personEstimated earnings a year $224,400 based on 4 bounce houses rentals a day averaging 150 dollars a rental 5 days a week, $62,000 a year for clown and magician rentals, $24,000 a year for popcorn, candy, and hotdog machine rentals . Wages $173,250Expenses $62,291Total $235,541Earnings $224,400Profit (-$11,141)We plan on losing about $11,000 the first year. But after the first year we should be in the positive side of the money bracket. We will lose the onetime expenses such are buying the bounce houses and generators and food machines. This may only be a little bit of money but we also expect to make a lot more the second year of business. Our name will be spread throughout the area and we will have more and more people wanting to rent bounce houses. Also the larger bounce houses we want to buy cost about $2,000 dollars but we will rent them around $300 dollars a rental so they will generate even more revenue for us if we can rent out a larger bounce house a couple times a week. If we can get one large bounce house and rent it out twice a week for $300 dollars for a whole year we will make $28,800 dollars off of just one bounce house as long as it does not get damaged. That will increase our sales by almost $30,000 with no extra expenses. And if we have 3 or 4 of these larger bouncers they could generate around $100,000 for us over a year. So over a 2 year period we could be looking at making around $100,000 a year in earnings for the company and for the investors. We plan to run our business from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. These are our summer hours. This will allow the party to go from whenever as long as it is not dark. We will not set up or take down a bounce house after dusk so we are able to see what we are doing. During the winter and fall hours we will run from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. so we are not working in the dark. Our warehouse will be available until 8:30 p.m. during the summer and winter for indoor bounce house rentals. We need to have everyone out by 8:30 though so we can clean everything up by 9 p.m. when we get off of work. Our magicians and clowns will be on call and will be paid by the hour. This gives them flexible times and will let them work an extra job because they will not make too much money doing this. They will be paid by the hour for how long they perform. We will also set up and deliver the orders to the location of customers. This will keep the expense of hiring someone to do this down and will let the customers come face to face with the owners. James receives all the calls and schedules the bounce house rentals. He will have a calendar he will go off of to see when a bounce house is available for a party. This will keep things flowing smoothly and help out the total operation of our business. Our code of ethics at All Starz Bounce is to obey the law of the state we are in and the rules set forth in the area we are setting up our bounce houses. We do not want to infringe on any rules or get us or the customer into any kind of trouble with the law. We want to provide a safe and fun environment for the children to prevent them from getting injured while playing. We will charge a fair and competitive price so we can make money but also compete for our service. We will provide quality customer service in a very friendly environment. (2008). bounce around.
