About the position

One to two permanent 100 % positions as Professor/Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship are available at the School of Business and Law, University of Agder, Norway. The positions are located at the Department of Management at Campus Kristiansand.

The School of Business and Law, which is AACSB accredited, has approximately 2000 students and 100 faculty members and offers studies in business administration, HR, marketing, tourism management, law and innovation, at the bachelor, master and PhD level with many applicants for these study programs.

Responsibilities The School of Business and Law seeks applicants who will contribute to a new and innovative master program in entrepreneurship. The program will be a so-called venture creation program aimed at delivering state-of-the art entrepreneurship education while enabling students to actually start businesses in parallel with the academic experience. Thus, we are looking for candidates who will contribute to:

? maintain high-quality study programs, as well as high-quality research teams ? strengthen interaction with business ? attract external research funding ? take part in developing executive education ? perform teaching, mentoring and cooperation with colleagues ? continue involvement in state-of-the-art research and outreach activities ? teach various entrepreneurship courses in the program and at our executive program, as well

as develop additional courses

Required qualifications

? PhD-degree, or equivalent, within entrepreneurship or other related fields ? fluency in oral and written English ? experience with teaching at BA and or MA level

We offer

The position is remunerated according to the State Salary Scale, salary plan 17.510 code 1013 and code 1532 Professor NOK 619 ? 922 300 gross salary per year or code 1011 Associate Professor, NOK 544 400 ? 658 300 gross salary per year. Higher salary grades may be considered for particularly wellqualified applicant. Starting date is negotiable.
