ALLERGY INJECTION PROTOCOL

To receive your allergy injection(s) at the Student Health Center you must:

1. Submit a letter from your private physician* with complete instructions for injection(s) and acknowledgement that a physician will not be present.

(There is not a physician on staff. We have two registered nurses present with oxygen and epinephrine 1:1000 on hand.)

2. Agree to remain in the Student Health Center for twenty minutes following

your injections.

Allergy shots given between the hours of 7:30-11:30 and 1:00-3:30, Mon.-Fri.
