AGREEMENT TO THE CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND POST ADMISSION

(To be filled in by the applicant in his/her on hand writing)

Do hereby agree in true word and spirit that: 1. I shall accept all the Rules and Regulations of the Institute printed in the Student Handbook that are now in force and that may be made hereafter by the Institute. 2. I shall accept the decision of the Authorities of the Institute as final in respect of my admission and subsequent affairs in the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design. 3. I do agree to the personally responsible for the prompt payment of all Institute and Hostel dues / fees on demand. 4. I will not involve myself during my studies in any anti-social (Harassment of any type) or anti-Institute or political activities. 5. I will follow the norms of society and avoid indecent appearance and inappropriate behavior in the Institute. 6. I will not ridicule the norms of society and Institution, faculty, staff, or any other student on social, electronic and print media.

7. In case I am found to have indulged in such above activities, I will accept any penalty notified by the Authorities.

8. I will not damage the movable or immovable property of the Institute. In case I commit breach of this condition, I will accept the decision of the Institute to pay the cost of damages caused by me.

9. I will not get admission in dual degree programme at any other university at any cost till completion of my studies from PIFD.

10. In case I get residential accommodation in the Hostel , I bind myself to the following conditions: a. I will regularly pay monthly mess fee and all Hostel bills on account of sharing telephone, electricity, gas and other amenities. In case of default in the payment of such bills, I shall be liable to vacate the hostel besides paying arrears of such of bills. b. I will not damage the movable or immovable property of the Hostel. In case I commit breach of this condition, I will accept the decision of the Institute to pay the cost of damages caused by me. c. I will abide by all the provisions of the Hostel Rules and Regulations as and when made.

11. The Institute can take any decision against me as per its Rules and Regulations and I will not challenge the Institute's decisions.

3. The decisions of the Institute, as per its Rules and Regulations, will be final and I will accept them without any objection/reservation.

4. After passing the Foundation Year, the decision of the Institute in respect of allocation of a Degree Programme shall be final.

5. If I am not available at the call of any Authority of the Institute, the ex-parte decision of the Authority regarding the performance/conduct of my son/daughter or ward will be acceptable to me as final.
