TO THE PARENT/GUARDIAN: On behalf of the faculty, we are happy to welcome you to Scranton High School. This handbook has been prepared to explain and clarify the procedures, policies, and regulations in accordance with code 6-18-502 of the state law. The policies are Board adopted. Please review this handbook and discuss the regulations with your child. This handbook is not meant to be comprehensive or allinclusive. You are urged to contact the principal or superintendent if you have any questions. General Information The following are the policies of Scranton High School. These policies are not intended to cover each and every problem which might arise but are intended as a general guideline in dealing with problems. All policies contained herein are meant to be nondiscriminating as to race, creed, and handicap.
