It was about 1950 when Joe Johnston and his young bride Caroline Del Ponte decided to open their very own bakery. Early mornings and long days became the norm for the two and their crew of German immigrant bakers.

Caroline, Italian through and through, knew well the power of a fresh cup of coffee. Each morning she would create a pot of Baker's Brew. A strong, flavorful coffee that provided the lively spirit and drive the bakers would need to get them through their long day.

We've taken this passion for great coffee and our bakery's dedication to using only the freshest ingredients ? chocolate, caramel, mint and fresh cream to name a few. With these, our baristas create some of the finest espresso drinks you will find anywhere.
