Your nomination should detail innovative approaches, which may include marketing/outreach and technology innovations, to meeting worker needs through recruiting, hiring, training, upgrading skills, retaining and transitioning workers, and involving the community. Describe how the Board served workers through service integration and collaboration with employers and other community resources, focusing on results and the benefits gained by workers, employers, and the community. Identify worker needs, Board goals and objectives, and the economic and social impact on workers, business, and the Texas workforce system.Local Workforce Development Board and Employer Nominee Information1. ABC currently employs 7,500 team members in Location A and is a strong proponent of developing a highly skilled future workforce. To support the Texas workforce system’s goal of ensuring that both employers and workers have the resources and skills needed to remain competitive in the global market last year, Mystery Company ABC initiated and created the Texas Two-Step Education Alliance.
