All estimates are subject to significant change based on a number of factors, including changes in the number of shares outstanding, fund-level tax adjustments and/or reclassifications, changes in capital gain estimates that may occur between the date when these estimates were prepared and the date when the actual capital gain amounts are finally determined, and other factors. These factors may also result in some WisdomTree ETFs, which currently show no estimated capital gain distributions, making a distribution at year-end.

The final per share amounts will be based on the actual number of shares outstanding on the Funds' record date, which we expect will differ from the number of shares outstanding when these estimates were prepared.
